EO1

A cluster can be formed by anyone, on any inquiry, for any duration.

Fill in the form below. The wizard generates four files: a starter page for your cluster, a stylesheet, a definition for the directory, and a START-HERE.txt with instructions. You upload the page and stylesheet wherever you wish — Filebase, GitHub Pages, your own server — and send the definition to EO1 to request inclusion in the directory.

Generating the files does not submit an attestation to the register, and does not enrol the cluster in the directory. Both are separate acts.

Used as the cluster's namespace and filename. Lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens.

The call optional

By generating a cluster, you accept the Rule. Works you attest under it are held under “No Rights”: a unilateral renunciation of exclusive rights. The commitment is not enforced by EO1; it binds what you attest, not what you cite. See START-HERE.txt for the full statement.
